I'm concerned about the 'Human Needs' stuff. I don't have the resources to contribute in this area, but if people are going to be there all day, we defiantly need food and drink. If there any money available, I'd suggest we use if for this purpose.

I've heard rumors that certain people are going to be bringing food, and while I've encouraged them to put that up here on the inventory list, they have yet to do so. I think they just don't understand how amazingly helpful the transparency of intent is. I agree, we'll need food, but I also want to remind everyone that you can come and go without any barrier at any time—there is no ticket list or entrance barrier or anything—so if you do get hungry, you can always hop out and grab some food. Plus, there's going to be a significant amount of down time for lunch in the middle of the day.

I hear you, but a big urn of coffee wouldn't hurt <S>.

Agreed! Where can we get a big coffee urn? :)

Is anyone going to be bringing a digital projector? Can I request that here? I will probably need to hook my laptop up to a digital projector in order to do my presentation. Or do people just suggest that we upload presentations to youtube or something and then can project them onto a screen?
Do we need a screen?

Every room (or almost every room) is equipped with a digital projector and screen. :) No worries.
