This may be a silly question, but what kind of electronic copy do you mean, Jon? Are you talking about signage and stuff? Printed poster-like-signs could be very cool…. :)

Copy as in content, electronic as in PDF, visio/powerpoint, SVG, txt or the like as opposed to cut out pages from magazines and newspapers. Color or greyscale

Oh, wow! Um. I know we have some SVG postcards that Nikolas made for KinkForAll Washington DC, and I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to adapt. I'm not entirely sure how to make use of big poster print, though. :) We've never been able to do that before.
As an aside, you mention being able to bring "one or two projectors." That's awesome sauce! Will you be able to bring one at the start of the day (10 AM) and if so, are these digital, i.e., capable of being used to project from a laptop? If so, I can remove the "Digital projector(s)" item from the needs list.

Whoops. Here's the KFADC postcards in SVG format: http://kinkforall.googlegroups.com/web/kinkforall-dc-4up-part.svg?gda=77mxUUwAAADDGpdJVEkGsAqmhF_YYDxDRrHL7WsVGJ_lfcDK05_3Z2GV9xjmMGhHubrZYfDShEs0tNPG2-kJd_C2f4cAHXAi_Vpvmo5s1aABVJRO3P3wLQ
There's actually quite a bit in SVG. Here's the KinkForAll flame-in-flame icon in SVG: http://kinkforall.googlegroups.com/web/KinkForAll-Flame-Inverted.svg?gda=xrz8Ek8AAADDGpdJVEkGsAqmhF_YYDxDRybttvlZ1otlOFyqcY70PRULsdbrlHlte8Xx1YwypYqLtl0U06YqQ2XZ-YGaafCbnHMhSp_qzSgvndaTPyHVdA
All of this can be found at: http://groups.google.com/group/kinkforall/files

I will have one laptop-compatible projector with me for sure tomorrow AM. The second is pending on someone else who also wants to borrow a projector from the same source.
As for how to make use of the big poster print, one thing I can see is using it to print out a large schedule grid ahead of time.
